Steve is the Badwrench! Everybody has been bugging Steve for a long time to play some hard core southern style outlaw blues, country and rock. Well here it is. He's giving you what you asked for, beer drinking, ass kickin', guitar pickin' in a stlye only he can do. So now you have no excuse to get your butt out and be unpolitically correct in the fashion of Dave Coe, Merle Haggard, Hank Jr., etc!

Fretwork featuring Steve Creter![]() Check Show Dates on this site. The new material is mostly original and a fusion blend of all the styles of music he has played over the years. It’s a blend of smooth Santana like sound with the ripping riffs of a bluesman to produce an unbelievable live guitar sound. He’s a must see for all up and coming guitarists. His fans are mostly guitar disciples. Steve says his students are the best and are a great support to his music career, with out you guys it just would not be fun. If any one needs lessons, the styles he teaches are rock, blues, metal and country. He has played in bands that played all these styles. For lessons email him at this site. We hope to see you at our shows. Come out and have fun and hear some good jamming. Back together again! Guitar virtuoso Steve Creter and his old friend John Christopher have decided to collaborate again along with the help of another mutual friend Jeff Shoop, and the collaboration has resulted in the group “Fretwork”, featuring Steve Creter. Fretwork will be performing an eclectic fusion of many styles of tasteful music. Aiming to get away from the “in your face” style of music, this project is a more laid back, feel good type of music featuring Steve’s outstanding guitar playing. In some people’s eyes it would be called a form of Jazz. You may call it what you want but it is something for everyone to enjoy without getting blasted off your seat. |
